(1) There will be an educational quality testing center for the work of testing the quality of school education. Education examiner will be appointed.

(3) There will be a committee under the chairmanship of the chairman of the Public Service Commission to recommend the appointment of the chief education examiner to the Government of Nepal. (4) The committee as per sub-section (3) shall recommend a name for appointment to the post of chief education examiner from among the persons who have worked at least in the gazetted first class position of the Nepal Education Service. The conditions will be as prescribed.

(6) Other work, duties and rights of the educational quality testing center will be as prescribed.
